Two brothers, Jeevandas (Om Prakash) and Shankar (Manmohan Krishna) inherit the farmland on their late father Ramswaroop Lal’s passing. Jeevandas marries Bhagvanti (Lalita Pawar) but are childless, while Shankar marries Parvati (Sulochana Chatterjee) and they have two sons, Govind and Shyam.
