This movie have shown Australian as beer giggling and pole dancing women and it also focused on the racism in Australia.
Sounds like a fairly racist generalization in itself.
However, it’s not that surprising I guess. If India’s Bollywood is given to racial stereotyping like this, it kind of explains the Gujarat Massacre, and the continuous violent pogroms against Christians in Orissa since 2008 (reportedly also drummed up by the media).
A bit disturbing that Indians seem to get into this sort of thing so yay merrily.
However, I’m heartened by reports that the film has bombed in India, as well as been banned by the critics there.
