After Kuber (Kader Khan) arranges the death of Rajnagar’s Raja Dharamsingh and his young son Veeru, he takes custody of Dharamsingh’s wife and daughter, Meena, to usurp their wealth. Kuber goes on to become Cobra, leader of a notorious underworld gang. Veeru, survives the attack and ends up on the streets where an orphan, Raju, adopts him. Years later, Raju (Dharmendra) grows up to be a simple but honest truck driver and Veeru (Jeetendra) on the other hand, become a police officer. Veeru goes on an undercover mission to take down Cobra for which he befriends Cobra’s younger brother……….
