Ajay (Dharmendra) a police officer is in love with Elizabeth D’Silva (Waheeda Rehman), a vivacious young damsel. While Liz’s uncle sits over her fathers wealth making lifre miserable for Liz, it is only her marriage that would help do away with her uncle’s hold on her wealth as per her father’s will. However young Liz wishes that the uncle were dead, not dead in the real sense of it, but dead enough to loose the purse string and let her enjoy the wealth…………..
