The story is of a village which is ruled by terror. Every person in the village is afraid of Cheeta (Raj Kiran). Cheetas mother was a mad woman who used to dance in the village. She was raped by many persons and then Cheeta was born. Cheeta knew this and had taken a pledge that every child born in the village will be bastard. Whenever a marriage takes place in the village, Cheeta kidnaps the bride and rapes her. Forest officer Vijay (Suresh Oberoi) and his beloved Bijlee (Tina Munim) also become victims of Cheetas wrath.
